SOHO FASHION – Trade Show Specialist
SUMMARY
Soho Fashion, Inc. is a manufacturer and retailer of high-end hair and fashion accessories, with over 100 mall retail locations in the US. We are currently seeking a Trade Show Specialist for executing tradeshows and events in support of strategic marketing and sales initiatives. This job position includes planning, executing and coordinating administrative aspects for SOHO in national and international trade shows. This is also responsible for tracking and managing the costs of tradeshows and events to meet budget expectations, formatting tradeshow leads, and analyzing tradeshow success. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan and manage all of aspects of tradeshow and event
· Manage show logistics and exhibit house vendor relations
· Conduct pre/ post-event evaluations, client satisfaction, ROI, post show internal
executive reports
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- 3+ years experience in tradeshow coordination and planning
- Must be a self-starter; exhibit a positive “can do” attitude with strong goal orientation
- Possesss strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with clarity and consistency
- Exhibits strong follow through skills; doing what he/she says will do
- Proven ability to manage multiple daily tasks, as well as, long-term strategic projects
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to prospects/clients
- Must be able to travel
- Bachelor’s Degree
COMPENSATION
- Base salary ($5,000 per month) + a highly competitive commission and benefits
