Start up company is looking for a reliable, hard working, and talented part-time web designer / web developer who will help build and manage websites for clients. The candidate's responsibilities will include designing and developing new websites, customizing website templates and themes, and creating and managing content for existing websites. It is onsite position.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of website design and development experience
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM is plus
• Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills
• Must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively
