1.Job Position-Operation Associate
Work Experience- Not Necessary, but any experience in shipping industry would be prefferd.
Compensation:
$24.00+ / hour -Negotiable depending on experience
Working hours - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Job Descriptions-
Operation Associate ensure that shipments arrive at their destinations on time and within budget. They coordinate incoming shipments, oversee and the packaging of outgoing shipments, and negotiate transportation costs with carriers. They also supervise shipping department employees.
•Negotiating the price of shipment transportation with carriers.
•Solving problems with discrepancy on shipping costs.
•Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency.
•Processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders.
•Creating and implementing shipping policies and procedures.
•Managing and listing the manual of shipping work process.
•Training, and supervising shipping employees.
•Responsibility to manage a team under a company policy.
•Acting as a liaison between management, carriers, and shipping customers.
•Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment.
•Answering the phone from shipping company and customers for scheduling.
•Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.
•Evaluating carrier performance and resolving issues with orders and logistics.
•Complying to shipping industry regulations and company policies
Job Requirements
•Fluent in English and Korean
•Solid experience in the shipping industry. (Not Necessary)
•Proficiency in ERP system and Microsoft programs.
•In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
•Extensive budgeting and reporting experience.
•Knowledge of shipping industry regulations.

2. Job Position-Accounting & HR Dept. Assistant
Compensation:
-$25-$30/ hour
Working hours - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Job Descriptions
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Support payroll processing, including managing timekeeping and resolving discrepancies.
Help with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Manage employee records and update HR systems with relevant changes, such as new hires, terminations, and promotions.
Assist in the administration and update of employee benefits, including insurance, 401K plans, and other related tasks.
Handle HR-related tasks such as managing leave balances, updating personnel files, and coordinating employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Provide support for other accounting and HR projects as needed.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in an accounting or HR-related role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting/HR software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, ADP, or similar).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
