Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Understand the product creation process from development hand off to production

- Collaborate with cross functional teams from Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving to ensure on time delivery per calendar

- Partner with Product Development and Design team to trouble shoot issues that arise during production; support issues to resolution

- Work with development team on maintaining (Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system

- Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings

- Update WIP and T&A based on production schedule

- Quality control

- Daily communication with factories

- Follow up with vendors throughout the production stages to ensure deadlines are being maintained

- Coordinate shipping timelines and work alongside with shipping team to ensure all product arrives on time

- Monitor the production process from the first sample to final delivery
