Administration Staff

• Bookkeeping : Data entry, collect, record and verify financial transactions and complete posting process.
• Managing AR / AP : Process accounts receivable / payable.
• Sales commission management (including 1099)
• Managing inbound shipments from Korea
• Inventory : Data entry and update
• Sales admin : Creating work orders, shipping orders, shipping documents, billing
• General office admin : Maintaining office facilities & assets, other administrative duties.

• Requirements

-       Must be authorized to work in the US

-       Bilingual in English and Korea

-       MS Office (Excel especially), accounting software skills

• Compensation

-     Salary range : 40-52K, commensurate with experience

-     Health insurance, Paid time off, Sick leave
