Job Description
•Maximize revenue for designated account package by growing sales within existing accounts, developing new accounts at a level consistent with or exceeding company expectations
•Understand customer needs and remains alert and responsive to changing customer needs
•Ability to develop pricing scheme based on adherence to company sales and pricing guidelines
•Discuss and handle potential replacement items in order to maximize customers' cost saving
•Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of the customers' services and market information to create business strategies and respond to new developments in customers' business
•Understand and introduce SERVEONE's Value Proposition and to customers
•Review and understand customer order database to ensure delivery of requested specifications
•Establish customer and market priorities to implement a strategic course of action to accomplish sales goals
•Handle credit management with customers
•Collaboration with other functions to use all resources and technical support available
•Make purchasing decisions based on customer need, market and competitor conditions, product specifications, supplier strategy, regulations, and business policy.
•Negotiate cost, terms and conditions with suppliers.
•Provide exceptional customer service by proactively contacting customer to resolve issues and to improve opportunity success rate.
Qualification
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
•3~5 years of direct outside sales experience
•Business acumen around sales forecasting, opportunity management and customer planning
•Technological capabilities and understanding to communicate in today's business environment, and bring to closure an action, project, resolution or sales with customers
•Ability to align planning goals with a pipeline development process to develop market revenue
•Excellent communication skills and openness towards working with customer and partners
•Ability to uncover customer objections/concerns, and determine appropriate solutions
•Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required
•Ability to work independently and as a team member
•Solid grasp of MS Office, ERP
•Bachelor's degree
