Job Description **This position is eligible for hybrid work!**
Bear Institute is seeking an innovative and dynamic candidate to oversee our USA and Korea Marketing Department. As a digital marketing manager, you will be working with our Top-notched curriculum and content team. You are responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the long-term Marketing strategies across all channels to reach our customers. Your overall promotional and marketing strategies will always aim to deliver a strong, measurable return-on-investment, reach new students, drive sales, and create bestselling contents. This position is based in our Silicon Valley office.
Create robust marketing plans. This includes overall strategy/objective, media mix, channel mix, creative briefs, current trends in market, new ad modules/abilities, and testing.
Ability to make data-driven decisions. This includes comfortability in working with reporting platforms, excel and conducting data analysis. Use past data to inform current and future decisions and extract insights.
Develop Brand Awareness campaign. This includes a deeper understanding of the target market, personas and why Bear Institute should matter to them across a variety of channels.
Develop Direct Response campaigns. This includes planning and launching ad creative, marketing landing pages, tracking, testing and target audiences.
Process and Solutions-Oriented.
Qualification
2+ years of digital marketing experience with a consistent track record driving quality growth
Strong understanding of the Online Education Industry and Kids Education.
Ability to work independently to identify, explore, and prioritize new partners, build partnerships and implement campaigns
Data oriented, having a sound understanding of mobile user behavior and its analytics, can supervise and implement campaigns based on performance data
A strong sense for brand and details; a keen eye for creative that gets results
Excellent communication skill
Preferred Qualification
Bilingual Prefered (Korean/English)
Having knowledge of Korea and USA Market related to Kid’s Education
Ability to work seamlessly between the Republic of Korea and Joby’s headquarters in California
Interest in language learning, proficiency in multiple languages, and a passion for EdTech
In depth knowledge in marketing campaigns
Experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
