Rayno Window Film Inc is looking for a Full Time Customer Service / Admin to join our team of a rapidly growing brand in the window film industry. The role consists of order processing, customer service, warranty resolution, receptionist duties, and general office maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers
- Taking and processing orders, credit cards, CODs, returns and replacements
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers for orders, customer service, warranty issues
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Sorting/organizing office mail
- Check runs to the bank
- Adheres to all department/facility policies
- Keeping records, maintaining files, databases, and inventory
- Generating reports
- Schedules appointments and meetings
- May assist other staff members with their duties as workload dictates
Qualifications include:
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Customer service skills
- Multi-tasking ability
- High proficiency on the computer
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Basic office skills
- Punctuality
