Summary
This position will be responsible for overall business forecasting & analysis, Company MBO and project management. This position is also in charge of executive reporting to internal & external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Primary
Business planning and analysis
- Implements and oversees the analytic approaches and methodologies to determine the viability of existing and new business opportunities
- Presents insight of business forecasting & projections to management for decision making and strategic planning
- Prepares and provides comprehensive analysis between original plan and actual including CAPEX
Secondary
Company MBO & Project Management
- Sets up annual plan of Company MBO & Core Project management
- Collects, reviews and maintains all objectives of HOT & Above which will be shared with HR for performance evaluation
- Collects, reviews and maintains all core projects of HOD & Above which progress will be reported to and discussed with Top Managements
- Oversees daily activities required for project management
Tertiary
Executive Reporting to Internal & External Stakeholder
- Prepares and provides periodic reports of overall business status and progress
- Prepares and provides ad-hoc reports as assigned

Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 5 years direct experience experience in FP&A, Planning & Reporting, MBO, and Project Management Required; 7+ years direct experience w/ 3+ yeras of supervisory Preferred.
