Plant Support Engineer in Electric Vehicle Battery production plants
Woowon Technology Inc. USA is a branch of the Woowon System in Korea.

Woowon system manufactures advanced automated manufacturing equipment for the Electric Vehicle Battery.

As Woowon is expanding the electric vehicle battery business in the USA, Woowon Technology Inc. USA is looking for a plant support engineer in electric vehicle battery production plants.

[Requirements]
1. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, but not necessary

2. Bilingual in Korean and English

[Preferred but Not required]

1. Bachelors or Associate Degree

2. 2 ~ 7 years’ experience in Automated Equipment Engineering or other similar equipment areas.

3. Prefer someone who has experience in a customer-facing role (application, engineering support, etc.)

[Responsibilities]

1. Provide post-sales technical support and training of automated equipment
2. Involve in customer installation and training.
3. Conduct troubleshooting, repairing and equipment modification works.
4. Respond to situations and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
5. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems to design/software engineering.
6. Provide feedback to the Engineering group on specific processes or other issues with customer’s comments when necessary.
7. Act as the technical contact to achieve the commercials objectives for the automated equipment business.
