ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Complete in their daily tasks and ensure successful completion of tasks in timely manner.
- Review posting of sales.
- Preparation of various financial statements and reports. Performs accounting tasks necessary for the creation of these statements and reports review accounts payable vouchers and posting of expenses.
- Ensures accurate recording of physical assets to include tooling, for the company.
- Plans, organizes and allocates department resources to meet department and company goals.
- Plan and execute company’s funding and disbursement requirements.
- Promotes an associate relations environment that is consistent with long term management objectives.
- Assists in the development of corporate policies and procedures.
- Coordinates annual budget development.
- Manager short term and long term cash management for the company.
- Monitor company bank accounts for accuracy and review bank reconciliations.
- Ensure reporting compliance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Ensure compliances with local, state, and federal governments’ financial / taxation reporting requirements.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Research accounting, banking, business law, financial and taxation issues as needed basis and report and recommend findings and most effective routes of approach.
- Act as a liaison between Korean speaking General Manager and English speaking individual or entity.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
SPECIALIZED TRAINING, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration required.
- Previous finance experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
- Above average proficiency in Excel and WORD. Possess understanding of how accounting information system works and hands-on experience with accounting software and ERPs and SAPs.
