ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supervises the shipping/receiving department.
• Monitors the delivery of materials to production lines and storage of materials.
• Oversees the implementation of shipping and receiving procedures and accuracy.
• Verifies freight bills, work orders and invoices.
• Prepares special prototype, pilot, UPS and oversees orders for shipment, completes all necessary paperwork and makes arrangements to ship.
• Performs minor repairs on forklift trucks, scales, wrapping machine, etc.  Schedules calls for service if necessary.  Oversees timely PM on all forklift trucks.
• Performs as shipping/receiving associate as necessary.
• Follows safety rules and keep work area clean and organized.
