
Position: Customer Service/Order Entry
Full-Time
Salary: $35K - $40K
Current Duties:
- Review,enter & schedule orders for delivery
- Answer customer questions regarding product specifications and pricing
- Coordinate deliveries & factory pick-ups for customers
- Monitor accounts receivable &make collections as needed
Experience / Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service & order entry
- Basic math skills to calculate dimensions of & pricing for cabinets
- Prior experience in kitchen design, sales, and/or 2020 design is a PLUS, but not required
Personality:

- Professional, courteous phone manners
- Able to think on your own & make decisions promptly
Additional Duties:
- Basic office duties including answering phones, emailing, faxing, filing & mailing invoices/statements
Education:
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Marketing or related field

Position: Quality Control Inspector
Full-Time
Salary:$35K - $40K
Current Duties:
- Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
- Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor
- Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
- Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
- Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs

- Background in quality control and/or electric, and manufacturing
- Prior experience in the Kitchen Cabinetry Industry a PLUS, but not required

Position: Production Management
Full-Time
Salary:$35K - $40K
Current Duties:
- Manage and ensures inventory of semi-finished parts and complete parts
- Analyze production process, results, and downtimes
- Support the production operation to be efficient
- Reviewing daily/monthly operation rate and efficiency rate status
- Execute and follow up on corrective actions for the Assembly, Spray and Shipping Departments and the other factory
- Participate in productivity improvement activities and Execute improvement plans continuously
- Understand and control the production personnel allocation
- Analyze operation cycle time, downtimes, productivity and efficiency rates for each line
Qualification:
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies
- Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
- Prefer experience in the field of electric, and manufacturing
- Background in quality control and/or electric, and manufacturing preferred, but not required

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
