Medical Assistant/Receptionist

RMA of SoCal is a full-service fertility treatment clinic. The practice is currently seeking a full-time MA and Receptionist to room patients and assist with procedures. The qualified candidate will work closely with physicians, lab personnel, nurses and patients. Job duties include rooming a steady flow of patients during early morning monitoring hours, cleaning rooms, stocking and ordering supplies as necessary, documenting physician findings during exams, entering lab results to electronic medical records and assisting other clinic personnel as deemed appropriate.

The qualified candidate should possess the following:

• California CMA/CNA
• At least one year of clinic experience strongly preferred
• Reproductive endocrinology experience a plus
• Able to collaborate with all team members
• Computer proficiency
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Possess strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of, or comfort in, learning custom EMR
• Fluent in Korean or Chinese and English
