Entry Level Deployment/ Tech Support Technician Staff

Responsibilities
• Inventory monitoring and coordination
• Prepare and ship items
• Maintain ERP system
• Take orders and process
• Answer calls from customers
• Troubleshoot terminal problems-hardware/software
• Prepare hardware for deployment

Requirements
• Good organization, oral & written communication skills
• Computer/technical Literacy
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Logical problem solving skills
• Knowledge of MS office Word and Excel
• 취업에 결격사유가 없는 분
• 이중언어 가능자 (English/Spanish/Chinese) 우대
