UMS is seeking Multi positions to join our rapidly growing LA Branch office in CA.
POS Support Technician
Responsibilities
-Provide phone support: Document all merchant, agent, and reseller issues; Resolve all outstanding issues as quickly as possible
-Prepare hardware and software for deployment
-Maintain POS department equipment and tools
-Perform hardware repairs as required , both in-house and in the field
-Test, evaluate, and documents software/hardware issues
-Able to multi-task and prioritize given tasks
-Provide training to associates, merchants, agents, and resellers
Qualifications
-Entry or 1 year experienced, demonstrated success in technical support with POS/PC
-Experiencing, training and supporting end users
-Highly responsible; able to respond quickly to customers, sales partners¡¯ inquiries
-Bi-lingual in English and Korean
-Associate degree or equivalent in computer related field preferred
-Able to work off-site occasionally
-Business travel may be required
Customer Service Representative
-Work in a fast-paced and high call volume office setting
-Resolve customer inquiries: billing issues, product, and service contract concern
-Update and maintain customer records
-TIN (Tax ID Number) match research and follow up with customers and sales partners.
-Monthly statement sample data review and oversee statement printings
-Basic computer knowledge and skills required
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
-Strong dedication to customer service
-Exceptional follow through and attention to detail
-Work effectively in a team environment
-Bilingual in English and Korean
