Position Summary:
Navigators will work with participants to enroll them online into the NY State Health Insurance Marketplace.

Position Requirements

Essential Functions:

*Navigators will assist participants with online enrollment in the NY State Health Insurance marketplace.

*Guide individuals through NY State Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment process.

Set up appointments with eligible participants and follow-up with reminders including phone call and email contact.

*Work at network partner sites to actively market and communicate the program to the target populations.

*Work with on-site organizations to coordinate referral for eligible participants.

*Identify and contact eligible participants through face to face outreach, email, and phone.

*Attend staff meetings and provide program updates to supervisor.

*Outreach to community including marketing events.

*Any additional duties assigned by NADAP.

This position requires:

*A minimum formal education of High School Diploma and a minimum of 1 year job-related experience.

*Ability to interpret / extract information and / or perform arithmetic functions.

*Desired (not required) criteria include: A minimum of two years of work experience.
