[Com2us USA, Inc.] PR Assistant

Com2us USA, Inc., a global leader in smartphone and social games is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its team as PR Assistant. This is a full-time position in El Segundo, CA.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create, deliver, edit, and optimize PR materials

• Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies

• Develop content for and supervise social media outreach

• Create pitch sheets and press materials

• Provide support to public relations department

• Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to media plan/strategy

• Promote games and company through public relations initiatives

• Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, and social media content

• Identify, develop, and execute communications strategy for key media contacts

• Conduct media outreach

• Improve communication efficiencies within company

• Assist in planning various trade shows, including capitalizing on PR events

• Research potential PR event opportunities

Requirements

• BA / BS degree in related field

• Experience in Marketing or PR/Communications preferred

• Passion for social media and community-building, with knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

• Excellent project management and organization skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail

• Ability to write promotional and social media-related copy in the digital space

• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced working environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Experience in mobile and video game industry preferred
