eCommerce Manager
Job Description
-Complete management of the e-commerce site with oversight and coordination for all enhancements, continuous improvements, version launches, and promotions.
-Participates in defining the strategic direction of the e-commerce site in order to manage conversion rate optimization, collaborate with internal and external teams to develop enhancements for websites and marketing channels.
Operations
-Develop the strategic direction of the e-commerce roadmap and develop and launch enhancements for e-commerce website.
-Development coordination for the website, tracking and resolving open issues, and developing solutions and tools to address customer issues and maintenance challenges.
-Create and execute content as needed for the website. Work with team to manage search/keywords, social media marketing, online ads, videos, and other collateral.
-Partner with operations to maximize fulfillment, freight, planning and logistics.
-Drive revenue , improve our return-on-investment (ROI), new account sales goal and achieve other key performance
indicators (KPI).
-Partner and collaborate with retail team to drive events and grow sales.
-Development of a user feedback including customer and internal team feedback related to the website usability, content, look and feel.
Management/Training
-Prepare training documentation/tools and lead internal and external training sessions.
-Provide end user support, training and escalation from front-line support individuals, and customer support training.
-Prioritize and track issue resolution and continuous improvement requests from both internal and external users
Budgeting
-The manager will have budget responsibility, which will include sales results tracking, maintaining the cost of goods, and developing ROI related to development costs.
-Implements strategy for ensuring conversion rate optimization.
-Implements strategy for meeting and exceeding ecommerce related unit and revenue goals of the business.
-Provide reporting on internal KPI¡¯s – identifying opportunities for growth and improving efficiency.
Marketing
-Demonstrate ability to drive search engine marketing, digital media, email marketing and campaigns to drive consumer sales.
-Supports on-going marketing programs and serves as an internal subject matter expert in the digital marketing and ecommerce field.
-Facilitates digital marketing development from concept to production in coordination with third party business partners,
affiliates and agencies.
-Investigates online market, competitive E-Commerce threats/trends, and review relevant emerging internet technologies in order to recommend strategy.
Compliance
-Develops and reviews quality assurance standards regarding E-Commerce delivery systems to ensure policies and processes are in compliance with laws, compliance guidance and security standards.

Education, experience or other requirements:
-BA/BS from a 4 year program.
-Ability to manipulate data feeds, and work with APIs.
-Background with digital/social media marketing.
-3 years E-Commerce experience to include working with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
-Advanced Knowledge of Google analytics software, Google Adwords, and Webmaster Tools preferred.
-Experience in determining current and future e-commerce trends, as well as planning, forecasting, and building e-commerce programs to build sales.
