THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will provide aurender product related software and hardware support to customers.
This individual will provide the first line of support for customers in need of technical assistance for all products
and is responsible for replying to and/or escalating all technical support requests.
* Bilingual in Korean & English
* Customer focus (Answer phone calls and emails)
* Ability to manage multiple applications at one time.
* Perform simple installations of computer software and hardware. (RMA & DOA, etc)
* Create manual for the product.
* Must have interest in audio industry.
* Training will be provided.
