Position Overview:
The Bilingual Korean Finance Manager will report directly to the General Manager and provide financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, cost reduction, and reviewing operational performance in support of business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements
- Manage and administer overall financial affairs including financial accounting, managerial accounting, taxes, financing, reporting to government or headquarters etc.
- Administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the company¡¯s financial status
- Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting
- Implement a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system
- Ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.A., ideally with an MBA or related degree
- At least 3 - 5 years of overall professional experience; ideally 4+ years of broad industrial financial and cost accounting experience.
- SAP ERP experience preferred
