Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a pay plan by conducting bi-weekly payroll.
- Managing the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Managing on a local level the company's annual performance review process, and working closely with managers on talent assessment.
- Maintaining employee files and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Managing unemployment claims and ensuring EEO compliance.
- Maintains employee benefits programs.
- Resolve issues between management and employees.
- Direct disciplinary procedures.
Requirements:
- College degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- 5+ years experience in human resources field with demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.
- Creative problem-solver
- Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
