Job Description

*Designer/Customer Care Specialist

Reliable, sensible, self-motivated individuals with Photoshop or Illustrator experience to assist online customers

Main responsibilities will include:

- Review and process online orders submitted by customers

- Proofread customized texts and inspect layouts according to the guidelines

- Provide responses to questions and issues regarding our products and services via telephone, email and/or message boards

- Make recommendations and provide consultations to customers regarding our products

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills

- Attention to details

- Ability to work with patience and courtesy

- Previous telephone customer service experience helpful

- Excellent computer skills

- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator experiences required
