Personal Assistant (San Francisco/ Remote)

We are seeking an exceptional Korean-English bilingual Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to a serial entrepreneur Founder/CEO. This part-time role requires 5 to 10 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications
- Schedule travel arrangements
- Plan events
- Support CEO with daily personal tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
- Detail-oriented, responsive, reliable, and flexible with high emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient with computer applications & online research
Desired
- Availability after work hours and weekends, as the Founder/CEO is available for personal matters during those times
- Ability to commit to long term, multi-year employment.
- Maturity, Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, including email correspondence, and interpersonal communication abilities.You may often represent the CEO/Founder to external stakeholders so it’s important that you maintain a professional demeanor and great communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills: ability to think critically and solve problems independently, and provide proactive suggestions when faced with challenges.
