Welding Shop Project Manager Needed 

We are seeking a highlyu skilled and experienced welding shop project manager to oversee our welding projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding technques, project management, and team leadership. 

Reponsibilities: 

 - Plan, coordinate , and oversee all aspects of welding projects. 

 - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

 - Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking and reporting.

 - Supervise and mentor welding technicians and other team members.

 - Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards

 - Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

 - Problem-solve and address any issues or challenges that arise during projects. 

Requirements:

 - Strong leadership and communication skills. 

 - Knowlegde of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.

 - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simutaneously.
