Since we were founded in 2003 as a manufacturer of special and precise machining for semiconductor equipment, we have been building a portfolio of stable projects,through our close relationships with major equipment corporations in South Korea.
The machining technologies and expertise we were able to build up over the years enabled us to establish a plasma research institute in 2015, which developed an eco-friendly dry cleaner. In the following year, we launched our atmospheric pressure plasma-DIEHARD equipped with semi-permanent electrode. To enter the non-contact cleaner system business, we added Ultrasonic Dry Cleaner System (USC) to our development and product lineup. Since its release, our pricing and quality have been recognized by major clients in South Korea and other countries.
Rechargeable Battery (electrolyte transfer)Business
The electrolyte central supply system handles the whole process from the storage of electrolyte in warehouse to the injection of electrolyte into batteries and provides overall services of the electrolyte supply process, such as the minimization of electrolyte injection quantity deviation, electrolyte process chamber production, vacuum and pressurization in the process, electrolyte supply boxes and pressure vessels.
