We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Bilingual Field Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives targeting int'l freight forwarders and Custom House Borkers.

Position: Field Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Irvine, CA

Language Requirements: Bilingual (Korean and English)

** Key Responsibilities: **

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand our market presence in int's freight forwarders and US custom brokers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations through regular engagement and effective communication.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of out software solutions.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients and work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue generation.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

- Create compelling marketing materials including presentations ,case studies, and website content, to support sales efforts and effectively communicate product feature and benefits.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market development, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competion.

** Requirements: **

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

- Fluency in both Korean and English languages, with excellent verbal and written commnucation skills.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving results and achieving business objectives.
