Job Description:

- General Office Administration

- Processing the company’s accounting & tax related tasks in an accurate and timely manner with a contracted accounting firm

- A strong ability to handle multiple, time critical tasks in a cost effective and efficient manner.

- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are critical

- Financial analysis experience is beneficial, but not required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with outstanding interpersonal skills, while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced collaborative environment

- Functions as a liaison to Parent Co’s accounting department, aid in surfacing gaps between procedures and auditor’s execution

- Assisting Portfolio Management for the Branches’ accounts

- Updating a work manual regularly 

 

Job requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting Major Preferred) or equivalent professional work experience

- Knowledge of accounting principles and cash-flow management

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Accurate & on-time work processing skills and excellent communication skills. (via phone, email and in-person)

- Capability to build and maintain positive relationships Parent Co and its Branches

- Fluent bilingual preferred (English/Korean) 

- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work

- Action Orientated, must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
