 With over 40 years of history, Mando Korea is the largest original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) for automotive parts in Korea. Mando Korea is based in Pyeongtaek, Korea and employs over 3,600 employees in Korea and 3,000 employees at its various overseas offices. The Mando Group has grown to include eleven (11) subsidiaries across Asia, Europe, and the U.S., and Mando Korea also has joint venture companies in Turkey, India, and Malaysia, and technical centers in the United States and Germany. Consolidated revenue of Mando companies in 2019 exceed 5.98 trillion Korean Won (~USD $5 billion).

 Mando America, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mando Korea, was originally established as a branch office of Mando Korea and was named Mando-Detroit. On January 30, 1996, Mando America was incorporated in the State of Michigan under the corporate name of Mando America Technical Center, Inc., as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mando Korea. Thereafter, the corporate name was amended to Mando America Corporation. Mando America’s R&D development services to Mando Korea’s U.S. customers, including GM, Ford Motor Company, Daimler Chrysler, and others.

 Mando America has U.S. production facilities in Opelika, Alabama and Hogansville Georgia from which we supply to Hyundai Motor Alabama, Kia Motors Georgia, GM, Ford and Chrysler. Through the coordination and cooperation of our U.S. production facility, technical R&D Center and Sales Support Center, Mando America is positioned to be a major U.S. automotive parts supplier. Mando America currently employs a workforce of over 1,250 full-time employees and temporary workers and the company generated gross revenues over USD $698 million in 2018.
