PK Retail Holdings Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Emart, the leading retailer in South Korea.

E-mart is a division of Shinsegae Group, the largest retail conglomerate in South Korea. PK Retail Holdings will be launching its first retail format at the end of 2019 with the opening of PK Market in downtown Los Angeles. Covering two floors, it will be a reimagined food market featuring a wide variety of food and beverage venues as well a modern food market. PK Retail Holdings is also the owner of Good Food Holdings, which operates Bristol Farms, Metropolitan Markets, and Lazy Acres Natural Markets.
