Welcome to International Leadership Training or also known as ILT.

ILT is a youth leadership program that takes place at the Honor’s Haven Retreat Center in Camp Kill, a historically rich area in New York state. This place has dedicated the past 15 years in helping people in various organizations, such as schools, companies, government organizations, and more to build a stronger sense of self-awareness and teamwork through their training programs. ILT is a specific program that focuses on preparing young adults with a curriculum that includes language development, character building, leadership, global citizenship, and sports. The camp has taken place during winter and summer vacations. However, due to the recent pandemic in the world, traveling and gathering publicly has become close to impossible. For the purpose of continuing the program and making it accessible to more people around the world, we have decided to make a virtual camp program this year.

For the past 15 years, ILT has been focusing on planting seeds of strong personal character, leadership and vision. The goal of the program is to prepare the candidates to have a caring and nurturing nature, to strengthen their critical thinking skills, and to develop a global mindset that contributes to a better future. ILT’s virtual camp will incorporate all of its key curriculum, values, and goals and adjust to fit the virtual classroom. Our hope is that the program will prepare and enrich the future leaders of our world.
